About
Hi, I’m Alyna — the baker behind Baker’s Batch (yes, Baker really is my last name… fate? I think so.)
This little microbakery started during a season of stillness. Work had slowed, life shifted a bit, and I found myself turning to something that’s always brought me peace: baking. Not mass production. Not shortcuts. Just simple, soulful food made with my hands and heart.
What began as loaves of sourdough for friends turned into cookies for neighbors, pudding jars for loved ones, and now—this soft-launch bakery built on word of mouth and warm intention.
I use organic, real ingredients because I believe food should nourish the body, not just fill it. I keep my batches small and made-to-order so everything is as fresh and intentional as possible. I don’t have a storefront or a staff — just a home kitchen, a sourdough starter older than most countries, and a lot of love for what I do.
This is a trial run, a chance to see what you love, what sells, and what deserves a permanent spot on the menu. I can’t wait to grow with you.
Thanks for being here at the beginning.
Alyna
