Heritage Sourdough Loaf
Heritage Sourdough Loaf
Crafted with a 900-year-old Living Dough starter, this artisan loaf is a true expression of simplicity and tradition. Made using only three pure, organic ingredients — unbleached flour, mineral-rich sea salt, and filtered water — each batch is naturally leavened, hand-shaped, and baked to golden perfection.
The result? A crust that crackles, a tender, open crumb, and a deep, tangy flavor that honors the ancient art of breadmaking.

Storage Instructions-
To keep your Heritage Sourdough Loaf fresh and delicious:
Short-Term (1–3 days):
Store cut-side down on a wooden board or in a paper bag at room temperature.
Avoid plastic bags — they trap moisture and soften the crust.
Medium-Term (3–5 days):
Wrap loosely in a tea towel or beeswax wrap and store in a bread box or cool, dry spot.
Re-crisp by placing in a 350°F oven for 5–10 minutes.
Long-Term:
Slice the loaf, place in a freezer-safe bag, and freeze up to 1 month.
-
Toast or bake from frozen for best results.
